Notes
1.After sterile cotton swabs are used, the outer packaging should be sealed. Once the outer packaging is opened and properly preserved, it can remain aseptic within 24 hours.
2.Disinfection only kills pathogenic microorganisms, while sterilization can kill the seeds of bacteria, namely spores. Cotton swabs carry bacterial spores that are not protected by disinfectants, and disinfectant can become contaminated.
