Direction for use

1. Clean & disinfect and try the skin thoroughly.
2. Begin tying from the center to outwards with the tape no strain and at least 2.5cm of tape border is bound on skin to assure film binding.
3. Press the tape lightly after fixing to make the tape binding on skin firmly.

Tips

1. The tape is usually applied to dry, clean, and free of chemicals or oils on the skin (chemicals or oils can affect the stickiness of the tape).
2. Lay the tape flat on the sticking place to make it fit with the skin, and then squeeze the tape with your fingers from the center of the tape to both sides to ensure that there is no tension between the tape and the skin.
3. The tape attached to the skin should be at least 2-3 inside width.
